✅ Spend time with them — daily
✅ Feel their pain, ask smart questions
✅ Understand the exceptions in the process — and “why” they exist
✅ Be part of their team. Help, don’t impose.
⚡ Now add #AI 🧠🤖 into the equation.
The human factor doesn’t become less important — it becomes #critical.
Imagine asking someone who has worked with a PC their entire career to interact with an entity that thinks faster and often better than they do. <>
Our responsibility is to truly apply “human in the loop” and this gets harder as things move faster than ever.
ChangeManagement books still help. But we now need to write a new chapter.
