Medical Device service area – I ran as program manager GSM (Global Service Management) project with 3 systems integrated, SAP CS / Salesforce / TrackWise) within the adoption of the Partner Portal technology (Community Cloud) for 7 service providers (outsourcing) covering 14 countries, to speed up the service workflow and cover the compliance rules.
Customer Relationship Management area – Functional analyst and program manager for all the projects of implementation of the Salesforce suite: responsible for solutions design (UX), user acceptance test (UAT) and training. Projects:
– platform standardization in one single EU instance according with all the local regulatory medical information constraints.
– development of the sell-out data daily import and trans-code from 90 external dealers for the Chinese legal entity
– migration to Salesforce Lightning to guarantee full mobility (mobile & tablet) to 450 users in EU, China, Mexico, Brazil
Compliance area – Project manager on the adoption of the Transparency rules within the EFPIA regulations for the EU subsidiaries, via CRM platform (Salesforce): approval process, data structure, data check and publishing.
Business analysis area – Program Manager on standardization of advanced reporting suite (price analysis, business intelligence reporting) of business intelligence (SAP BW, Business Object), key user for testing new solutions, in charge of data validation.
– I finalized the Commercial Rolling Forecast tool based on Business Object technology to manage 12 monthly versions of sales forecast submissions, identify variations and calculate the Forecast Accuracy (MAPE weighted)
