The solution seems to have the capabilities of the SF.com CRM solution, but it’s necessary to give also a good level of flexibility to customize it in deep.
Each different clinic / hospital has an incredible level of complexity to manage in terms internal process, data flow, access profiling and security.The San Francisco based company, pioneer on the SAAS solution, is now challenging this market that could be tough and extremely conservative. I hope to have the possibility to try the solution and give a feedback on the real possibilities offered.
